Can you tell us a little bit about yourself ?
I used to be a personal trainer, I became an entrepreneur about 10 years ago. I co-founded The Green Family with a friend while we were both changing our diet habits to become vegetarians.
Can you tell us about what your business / project ?
The Green Family is a monthly vegan box : every month, new surprises sent to our clients. Gastronomic products with our Devine Box and cosmetic products with our Beauty Box. You can find all the products from our past boxes on our online store. It’s good, it’s bio, it’s vegan, for your pleasure and the pleasure of people around you.
How did you get the idea ?
I became vegan in 2013 and despite the fact that I live in a big city (Lyon), I struggle finding vegan products and I thought that I wasn’t the only one struggling in France. This is how I had the idea to create The Green Family, a subscription-based e-commerce that offers vegan Box to people who want some help reducing their consumption of animal-based products. This is also a source of new ideas for people who are vegan or vegetarian. I launched this project with an old-time friend who were getting as conscious as myself about his diet.
What have been some key factors in growing your business ?
We are super nice, reactive and we bring you good, new and fun products every month. Communication wise, we are very present on social networks, especially on Instagram and Facebook. We regularly offer booths to bloggers / influencers who in turn communicate about us.
How do you use Payfacile ?
We create subscription offers on Payfacile and integrate the payment pages directly into our website. It can also happen to send subscription pages by e-mail to some customers.
What do you like about Payfacile ?
Everything is in the title: it manages payments and it’s easy to use, plus Camille, the founder is always there to help me with questions. They are hyper reactive and it is super appreciable. Long live this French startup!
