We are two brothers both passionate about collaborative economy and real estate.
Can you tell us about what your business / project ?
Quelconcierge allows owners who want to rent their short-term rental apartments on Airbnb or Booking.com type platforms to receive several quotes from trusted companies. Our service makes it possible to compare seasonal rental services throughout France.
How did you get the idea ?
Many of our friends wanted to rent their property on Airbnb during their business and holiday trips. They could not find the right person to make sure that the management of the online ad, the handing over of the keys, the reception, the laundry, the cleaning before and after was done correctly.
What have been some key factors in growing your business ?
We are a trusted third party and a caring ear for homeowners. Each owner is unique. We help them find the concierge service that will help them in managing their short-term rental.
How do you use Payfacile ?
We use Payfacile for our partner conciergeries to pay us. We send them the quotes by email with a payment link. They can pay in CB and we cash directly into our bank account.
What do you like about Payfacile ?
